{"id":58,"date":"2008-05-02T03:39:08","date_gmt":"2008-05-02T03:39:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/butchireland.com\/?p=58"},"modified":"2022-03-14T13:26:19","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T13:26:19","slug":"turtle-tug","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/butchireland.com\/blog\/2008\/05\/turtle-tug\/","title":{"rendered":"Turtle Tug"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was privileged this past Sunday to cover the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aggiedz.com\/\" title=\"Delta Zeta\">Delta Zeta&#8217;s<\/a>\u00a0first-ever fundraiser for\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thepaintedturtle.org\/turtle\/\" title=\"Painted Turtle Camp\">The Painted Turtle Camp<\/a>, a camp and family center for kids with life-threatening illnesses. The &#8220;Turtle Tug&#8221; tug-of-war was a hit and \u00a0a little messy, with a inflatable pool full of chocolate pudding acting as the pit! The action got wild when several non-combatants were dumped into the pit. But all was well as the Delta Zeta&#8217;s provided a slip-n-slide to clean of the gooey mess.
